WALL SPACE – $145 | Consists of one 8ft x 4ft wall space and includes 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor passes. (*does not include table, however, if you would like a table, please let us know as it will be an additional cost we can invoice for.)

FULL INLINE BOOTH – $165 | Consists of one 8ft x 8ft inline booth space and includes one 6ft table, 2 chairs, and 2 exhibitor passes.

FULL CORNER BOOTH – $185 | Consists of one 8ft x 8ft corner booth space and includes one 6ft table, 2 chairs, and 2 exhibitor passes.

Full Cancellation Policy

• If the Exhibitor cancels exhibit space 90 days or more before the event’s opening day, the Exhibitor shall be refunded the total due Exhibitor, less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
• If the Exhibitor cancels exhibit space less than 90 days but more than 60 days before the event’s opening day, the Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the total due.
• The exhibitor agrees that no refund will be given for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the opening day of the Event and that payment will be required.

Cancellation by Event Organizer

• If the Exhibitor fails to make a payment required by this Agreement in a timely manner, the Organizer may terminate this Agreement, and the Exhibitor’s participation in the Event, immediately, without further notice, and without obligation to refund any monies previously paid.
• Organizer is expressly authorized, but has no obligation expressed, or implied, to occupy or dispose of Exhibitor space vacated, or made available by reason of action taken under this paragraph, in such a manner, as Organizer may deem best, without releasing Exhibitor from any liability hereunder.
• Organizer may terminate Exhibitor’s right to exhibit at the Event if Exhibitor breaches any of its obligations under this Agreement, without any further obligation on the part of Organizer to refund any payments previously made and without releasing Exhibitor from any liability arising as a result of, or in connection with, said breach.
• In the event the Organizer moves, relocates, removes, or restricts an exhibit which the Organizer considers to be objectionable or inappropriate, no refund shall be due to Exhibitor
